Our Flat Bars are manufactured from premium ingots and billets, processed with controlled reduction ratios and homogenized by discarding hot tops and bottoms. Based on customer requirements, they are produced through hot rolling or hot forging and further heat-treated to ensure superior performance.

  • Additional Processing: Bright condition (cold drawing); customized cut-to-length and multiple-length supply.

Produced through hot rolling or hot forging, these bars are further heat-treated to meet high mechanical performance requirements.

Steel Billets

Process Flow: Steel Melting → Ladle Treatment → Continuous Casting → Precision Cutting → Quality Inspection.

  • Special Features: Defect-free casting and dimensional accuracy; low-temperature rolling for higher strength; 100% MPI surface inspection; gas and radioactivity testing (O, N, H); ultrasonic and mechanical testing for reliability.

ERW Pipes (Electric Resistance Welded Pipes)

Our ERW Pipes are manufactured from high-quality hot-rolled coils using high-frequency welding technology. This process ensures accurate dimensions, strong weld integrity, and smooth surface finish. ERW Pipes are widely used in construction, infrastructure, water supply, fabrication, and general engineering applications.

  • Manufacturing Process: Coil Slitting → Forming → High-Frequency Welding → Sizing → Straightening → Cutting → Inspection.
  • Special Features: Precision welding with uniform strength; smooth internal and external finish; high dimensional accuracy; corrosion resistance (with coating options); hydrostatic, ultrasonic, and eddy current testing.
  • Custom Options: Round, Square, and Rectangular sections; Thickness: 0.5 mm – 12.7 mm; Diameter: 15 mm – 150 mm; cut-to-length supply; multiple finishes including black.
