Based on customer requirements, they are produced through hot rolling or hot forging and further heat-treated to ensure superior performance.
Our Round Bars are manufactured from high-quality ingots and billets, processed with strict control over reduction ratios and quality parameters to ensure uniformity and homogeneity. Produced through hot rolling or hot forging, these bars are further heat-treated to meet high mechanical performance requirements.
Our Square Bars are produced from high-grade ingots and billets to ensure uniform strength, durability, and metallurgical consistency. Manufactured through hot rolling or hot forging, they can be further heat-treated according to customer requirements.
Our Steel Billets are produced using advanced steel melting and continuous casting technology, ensuring uniform structure, strength, and machinability. They serve as the primary raw material for TMT bars, rods, wires, and structural steel.
Process Flow: Steel Melting → Ladle Treatment → Continuous Casting → Precision Cutting → Quality Inspection.
Our ERW Pipes are manufactured from high-quality hot-rolled coils using high-frequency welding technology. This process ensures accurate dimensions, strong weld integrity, and smooth surface finish. ERW Pipes are widely used in construction, infrastructure, water supply, fabrication, and general engineering applications.
